We teach both Basic and Advanced State of California approved courses of instruction that include a Basic 200 hour program and advanced courses in Deep Tissue Bodywork and Tui Na Chinese Sports Massage, Advanced Anatomy and Bodywork, and Acupressure.

In the Basic 200 hour certification you will learn THREE styles of massage:  Swedish, LifeStream (a medium deep tissue massage) and Seated Chair Massage plus Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Anatomy and Business Practices.  This Basic Certification gives you the needed training to work in most types of massage settings.
